We come to you in Wellington
We come to families in Wellington about once a month. It is roughly a 45 minute drive for us, out past the Gardens. If you need a specific time of day, ask when you call and we will plan around the drive.
What a visit looks like
Every visit is unhurried, usually 30 to 45 minutes, and I walk you through each step before we begin. Your pet settles into a deep, relaxed sleep first, with no pain, and then passes gently. I make a clay pawprint to leave with you if you would like one. You can read the full start-to-finish walkthrough on our in-home euthanasia page.
Worried it is too soon?
A lot of the families I talk to worry they are calling too soon. I can tell you honestly that in all my visits, I have never helped a family too soon. I have helped families too late. My whole goal is to spare your pet pain and let them keep their dignity at the end. If you are not sure it is time, call and we will talk it through, and point you to quality-of-life resources if that helps.
Dr. Salvo at Acuvetdoc, just over in Royal Palm Beach, refers families to us.
