About cremation and aftercare.

What's the difference between private and communal cremation?
Communal cremation is a group cremation. Your pet is cremated alongside other pets and the ashes are not returned. Private cremation means your pet is the only pet in the chamber, so you are guaranteed only your pet's ashes back. The price difference is about $100.
How much does it cost to cremate a dog or cat?
Communal cremation is $450 and private cremation is $550. If we also perform the in-home euthanasia visit, cremation is $600 communal or $700 private. With private cremation you are guaranteed only your pet's ashes back, which accounts for most of the roughly $100 difference.
Will a vet cremate a pet that has already passed at home?
Yes. If your pet has passed at home or at another clinic and you only need cremation, we can help. We coordinate the transport to our cremation partner and return the ashes to you. Communal cremation starts at $450 and private at $550.
Do you offer pet cremation in Palm Beach and Martin Counties?
Yes. We provide private and communal pet cremation across Jupiter, Palm Beach County, and Martin County, whether or not we performed the euthanasia. Ashes are delivered to your primary veterinarian at no extra cost, or to your home. Call or text (561) 295-7979 to arrange it.
How do you arrange a pet cremation?
Call or text us at (561) 295-7979, or book online. If we are performing the euthanasia, we take care of everything at the visit. If your pet has already passed, we coordinate the transport and timing with you, and you choose private or communal cremation.
How long after a pet passes can cremation be arranged?
There is no strict deadline. Keep your pet in a cool, quiet place and contact us, and we will coordinate the transport and timing. Most families arrange cremation within a day or two of saying goodbye.
Is it cheaper to bury or cremate a pet?
It depends. Home burial can be low cost where it is allowed, but many Florida families choose cremation for the certainty of keeping their pet's ashes and because a home may change over the years. Our cremation starts at $450 communal or $550 private.
How do I get my pet's ashes back?
With private cremation, ashes are returned in your choice of urn, engraved with your pet's name. We deliver to your primary veterinarian's office at no extra cost, or to your home for a small delivery fee. If you don't have a primary vet, home delivery is always available.
What is Memorial Reefs International?
It is our communal cremation option, offered through our crematory partner Pet Angel. Your pet's ashes are incorporated into a living undersea memorial reef garden, a continuing presence in the natural world.
Is the clay pawprint included?
Yes. A clay pawprint keepsake is included with every euthanasia visit at no additional charge, whichever aftercare option you choose.
Do you handle the transportation?
Yes. After your pet has passed and you've had time to say goodbye, we handle the transportation to our cremation partner. Smaller pets ride in a blanket-lined basket; larger pets ride on a stretcher, swaddled and snug.

In Reno?

Our Reno team works with a different cremation partner and offers a third option, individual cremation, between communal and private. Pricing and partners differ from Jupiter.
