"I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Chris and your team. From the moment we scheduled until the very end, quick responses to questions and full explanations during the process. Losing a pet is so hard, but everyone made us feel heard and cared for. She went to heaven stress free and loved, full of that Costco jerky he brought. She never would have gotten that in a vet office. Bless you all."Rachel Y. · Reno, NV
"Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We love to receive feedback like this. Our team is glad we could be there for your family, and thank you for trusting us to care for your sweet Arya."
"Our family is so very grateful for the professionalism and compassion Rover provided in our dear dog Heidi's final hour. They were completely accommodating to our wish to let Heidi pass outside in the sunshine in our yard."Heather M. · Sparks, NV
